Recover forgotten username
In order to recover your forgotten username, you need to follow these steps:
- Click on the 'Login' button on our software or on the website.
- Select 'Forgot password?'.
- Enter the registered email address.
- Click 'Send'.
If you submitted a valid email address, a reminder of your username will be sent to you.
Keep in mind that to protect the game's integrity and the players' account security, you cannot open a new account if you have forgotten your username.
