Mobile phone number validated on another license

It's only possible to register one mobile number to one account at a time, regardless of the license.

To register your number on another license, you'll first need to remove it from your account.


Contact Support

Remove your number and replace it with a different one.

Desktop software

Log in and select the following in the main lobby:

  1. Settings
  2. Account Details
  3. Phone

Then, select the bin icon next to your mobile number and click Apply. You can also manually remove the number and replace it with a different one.

Once removed, you'll be able to log into your current account and register this mobile phone number through the same menu.
